SUZANNE MCNAMARA, RN, BSN, BSW, CMC, CDP

Hi! I'm Suzanne.  I am an Elder Care Manager with over 20 years of experience in the field of aging, and am also Registered Nurse and a Social Worker.  I have the medical knowledge and background necessary to perform high level care management services, while also having the compassion and understanding needed to care for the complex emotional needs of clients and families.

I worked for years in directly in the field, holding positions in hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, as well as home care and hospice.  I also served as the clinical director for non -profit personal care attendant program for those on Masshealth. These combined experiences allow me to respond and care for each of my clients in a professional, compassionate, thoughtful manner. I am a member of Aging Life Care Association (ALCA), and have earned a Certified Care Manager (CMC) designation.

I strongly believe in balance, and have a rich life outside of work. I share my home with my husband and three children. My family and I volunteer for PAWS New England, and have served as a foster family for over 50 homeless dogs.  I love  the four seasons and enjoy the outdoors – and am pretty proud of myself for taking up skiing later in life, having never skied before!
